Screen Printed Lexan Panel Overlay Cutout for the Computer Industry

At Polycraft, Inc. we offer custom graphic overlays that provide a polished look to our customers' products. We provide our customers with over 40 years of industry experience in choosing the appropriate substrates, adhesives, and printing processes for their unique application. This custom Lansing MicroPak enclosure overlay was produced from .010" 8B35 velvet textured Lexan with 3M 467 laminating selective adhesive. The die cut Lexan was printed on our Lawson Seneca screen printing press in PMS black and PMS white. These materials and techniques provide a professional, durable overlay that can withstand harsh industrial environments.

The finished overlay is 5.400" x 1.350" and meets dimensional tolerances of ±.015". Overlays undergo dimensional, print quality, copy location and color inspection and meet UL PDGQ2 requirements.
