FLEXOGRAPHIC PRESS OPERATOR
      Requirements:
      -2 or more years hands-on flexo printing experience including set up and operation of narrow web flexographic printing          presses.
      -In-line and central impression flexographic press experience.
      -Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
      -Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner to complete jobs on time and to customer requirements.
      -Ability to review blueprints and manufacturing process instructions to determine part requirements for setup. Set up jobs          by selecting and obtaining needed materials, tools, mixing colors, machine configuration and settings. Run and monitor          jobs to maintain parts within specified tolerances throughout run.
      -Ability to use various tools and techniques including calipers, Pantone Color Matching, other measuring devices as          required.
      -Maintain production documentation neatly and legibly.

DIGITAL PREPRESS ARTIST / DIGITAL PRESS OPERATOR
      Requirements:
      -2 or more years hands-on experience with (a) digital preparation of art and copy layouts, and (b) wide format digital          printing.
      -Excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills.
      -Experience operating Mutoh Blizzard and 1614 Presses.
      -Effective at troubleshooting pre-press problems and maintaining equipment.
      -Ability to work with internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner to complete jobs on time and to          customer requirements.
      -Ability to review blueprints and manufacturing process instructions to determine part requirements for setup. Set up jobs             by selecting and obtaining needed materials, tools, mixing colors, machine configuration and settings. Run and monitor          jobs to maintain parts within specified tolerances throughout run.
      -Ability to use various tools and techniques including calipers, Pantone Color Matching, other measuring devices as          required.
      -Maintain production documentation neatly and legibly.
